For this project, the scope of work included a 1,500 square foot building addition for electrical distribution equipment and a 5,000 square foot interior remodel. Interior work included the replacement of the HVAC system in LIVE switch rooms, electrical upgrades, two new generators, new fuel tanks, and the installation of a new 6000 A DC standby power plant.

The MSC was also given a new electrical service along with new utility transformers, ATS, and 1250 KVA generators.  A new chiller system was installed, including all new CRAC units and a new BAS system.  There was also the installation of a new security system and numerous fire alarm upgrades.
