FAA TRACON Facility

A 48,000 square foot Terminal Radar Approach Control Facility (TRACON) was constructed, with a total project value of $17 million. The project included 13 acres of site work, encompassing parking, roads, and a security fence. Building construction featured precast wall panels, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, interior and exterior finishes, site security, access controls, lightning protection, and a utility/communication duct bank connected to the existing RTR site.
